Allowing you to use your own boxes and even your own cataloguing codes, Access Records Management believes in flexibility and providing a solution that will work to benefit you and your business. Instead of forcing you to re-box and re-index your files, Access is able to maintain your current cataloguing, allowing you to request files based on your existing internal system. We understand that different industries require different storage solutions and we are dedicated to working with you to determine what is best for your business.

Whether your documents are currently stored online or in a spare room of your office, Access Records Management can help you with offsite data storage to ensure the safety, security and easy retrieval of your documents. Access even offers clients the complimentary use of onsite viewing rooms.

After hours options

Although our standard business hours are 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday, Access Records Management can provide emergency out of hours or weekend document retrieval if required. Scanned copies of your stored documents are also able to be viewed online.

Tailored reporting

Our reports can be tailored to cater specifically for individual client requirements. These are then used as the basis for understanding our clients’ business processes so that we can add value as our records management relationship continues.
