Effective Packaging System

Managing more than 700,000 boxes of documents at any one time, we have come to have a solid understanding of what packaging system offers the best protection for your documents, whilst still functioning primarily as a traditional archive box. After consultation with our clients, we have designed and developed archive boxes that meet your needs. Easy to assemble and offering security, our storage boxes have the strength to withstand the wear and tear that can result from frequent retrievals.

Our Archiving Merchandise

While we do allow clients to use their own archive boxes, we recommend the use of our one-piece crash lock box with attached lid. It is designed to be easy to fold, yet strong enough to hold 16kg through a number of retrievals. This document storage box is available in different sizes to suit varying requirements. Access also offer smaller boxes to assist with organising your files within the larger box, and heat-sealable plastic packages to allow for the easy, secure retrieval of individual documents from within a box. Our archiving merchandise can be personally delivered to your business for packing by your staff, or we can come to your premises and perform the complete packing process for you.

The Access Advantage

The number of boxes retrieved from our secure document storage facility can be anywhere up to 10,000 each month so we know you need a box that will protect your documents through more than one or two retrievals. Access take the utmost care possible with your documents, but, if they are stored in boxes that are below-standard, it is more likely that they will deteriorate with use in a short amount of time.
