Access Records Management specialise in the rapid retrieval of documents from our high security Botany document storage facility. Situated 20 minutes from the Sydney CBD, our standard service to the CBD is two hours from receipt of order. Under our VIP and Double VIP services, urgent orders can be retrieved in shorter times if required. Access can also provide emergency after hours or weekend retrieval.

Our GPS-type live tracking offers the flexibility of re-directing our delivery vehicles from their assigned runs to deal with urgent calls and to avoid bottlenecks. Our short run deliveries ensure error-free movement of confidential and sensitive records.

For situations where the original document is not necessary, or information retrieval needs to occur within minutes, a copy of the document can be emailed direct to your desktop in a PDF or TIFF format.
